Werner MIEBACH is the Founder and Managing Director of MOTOR ENGINEER. Today 25 years in industry he started his career with SIEMENS in 1990 in the transportation division in Germany and the USA, spent then seven years with SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC in France working in the oil & gas sector as well as in the wind turbine segment. In parallel, he founded and managed during four years IEConsult, an engineering consultancy providing services to North American customers in the application of IEC standards. In this context he was member of the executive committee for the first European IEEE PCIC conference 2004 in Basle. In 2004 he joined as a co-founder and CCO the high-tech start-up CORIAL, a microelectronics OEM. From 2008 up until 2010 he was as Sales Director and then CEO with CEDRAT and CEDRAT Technologies.
He holds a Master’s Degree (Dipl. Ing.) in Electrical Engineering from TH Karlsruhe, Germany, specialty “Electrical Machines and Power Electronics”, as well as an MBA from INSEAD, France.

Ms Alessandra LEONETTI is the office manager. She handles and coordinates all administrative activities and daily operations. Throughout her career Ms LEONETTI held several positions in accounting, human resources and finance.
